 Welcome! I’m Lacey Gonzalez, a dedicated business consultant, accounting expert, and educator with over a decade of experience guiding entrepreneurs, students, and small businesses toward success. Through my career, I’ve combined my passion for entrepreneurship with a deep understanding of accounting and business management to help individuals and organizations thrive. 

My journey began in Lansford, PA, where I discovered my love for sports. Between 1996 and 2000, I represented Panther Valley High School, excelling in basketball, cross country, and track and field. Throughout hundreds of sporting events, I consistently pushed myself to set the pace for success early on.

Each competition—whether it was scoring critical points on the basketball court or racing against the clock on the track—shaped me into the determined, disciplined person I am today. By setting a strong pace in my early years, I established high expectations for myself, both in sports and beyond. This momentum carried into my professional life, driving me to set ambitious goals in my career.

From the thrill of competition to the camaraderie of team sports, my time as an athlete taught me the importance of perseverance, leadership, teamwork, and time-management. These principles have become the foundation of my career in both education and business, where I continue to challenge myself and those around me to push toward excellence.

As a full-time Assistant Professor of Accounting and Business at Lehigh Carbon Community College, I have the privilege of shaping the next generation of business leaders. My work includes teaching courses like Business Law, Principles of Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and more, where I focus on equipping students with practical skills that bridge the gap between theory and the real world. 

I’m also the owner of LGH Tax & Accounting, where I provide tailored accounting services to small businesses, preparing them to navigate financial complexities with confidence. My business experience spans across multiple industries, from real estate to borough management, giving me unique insights into what it takes to run a successful venture.

In addition to offering professional services, I help my clients take control of their financial health by teaching them how to handle basic accounting tasks. This not only helps them save money on day-to-day operations but also empowers them to invest in their own knowledge and long-term business growth. By educating my clients on these essential skills, I ensure they have the tools to make informed financial decisions and feel more confident managing their businesses.
